COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED.
INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE (PIC) OF THE REPORT AND CONDUCTED A FULL FACILITY INSPECTION; SEE ORIGINAL REPORT DATED 1/21/2025 FOR THE FULL REPORT. INSPECTION REVIEWED THE PIC'S KNOWLEDGE, FOOD OPERATIONS, AND FACILITY EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. IN ADDITION, FOOD OPERATION LOGS, INCLUDING ILLNESS REPORTING LOGS, EDUCATION CERTIFICATION, TEMPERATURE LOGS WERE REVIEWED. OVERALL, NO APPARENT ISSUES WERE OBSERVED, AND THE INVESTIGATION COULD NOT DEFINITIVELY DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE SYMPTOMS EXPERIENCED BY THE COMPLAINANT. |
